Food is powerful. It not only sustains us but has the unique ability to bring us together in a way nothing else can.

I've always had respect for this power, which is what ultimately led me to a master's degree in clinical nutrition. Working as a nutritionist, I personally witnessed the power of food and its ability to nourish, heal and unite. I left the clinical setting shortly after marrying and settling down in New Jersey to raise our children, accompanied by two of the sweetest little Cavalier King Charles pups. During that time, I started a food blog to share my personal experiences in the kitchen. Blogging became a way for me to combine my clinical knowledge together with my culinary skills to develop comforting and nutritious recipes.

However, it wasn't until I began studying the art of food photography and styling, that I was truly able to capture irresistible, mouth-watering images to go along with the recipes I created. My love of food and the desire to influence someone's wellbeing through gorgeous imagery and healthy recipes are what ignited my career as a professional food photographer.

I currently offer my expertise as a recipe developer and commercial and editorial food photographer and stylist. I enjoy working with food brands and restaurants to bring their unique vision and aesthetic to life.

My photography continues to be inspired by my travels, nature, the bountiful farms and orchards here in New Jersey, and my love and advocacy for animals.
